Adejisola Atiba (Lady ABHA) – Where Purpose Meets Power

HRH Adejisola Atiba — fondly known as Lady ABHA — is a TEDx speaker, award-winning author, digital transformation strategist, and a celebrated voice in leadership, equity, and legacy. Born in Nigeria and crowned Obaantapaa Nana Akosua Mpontuemaa I (Queen Mother in charge of development) in the Gomoa Ojobi Traditional Area of Ghana, she embodies global heritage, bold purpose, and unwavering vision.

With over 30 years in banking and 19 years with one of the big 5 banks in Canada, she recently took an early retirement from her role as Community Manager, supporting teams and transforming connections between financial institutions and the communities they serve. Her career has spanned from Financial Planner to leading national training programs, to mentoring leaders and professionals.

Adejisola is the founder of Council of Nigerian Professionals, African Caribbean Council of Halton, and Council of African Professionals, among others. Her service spans volunteerism, board leadership, and advocacy across Canada — always grounded in her mantra:
“Banking is my profession, but community is my passion.”

An EMBA graduate from McMaster University with multiple designations, she is also the author of Authenticity: How My Why Me Moments Shaped My Life, and the upcoming Be Limitless. Through OOMOOBA Incorporated, she shares her gifts as a motivational speaker, coach, content creator, and storyteller.

Her accolades are many — including the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women 2024, CIBWE’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch, Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Award, and POI Catalyst Award — each reflecting her extraordinary impact across sectors.

A wife, mother, and mentor to many, Lady ABHA is a radiant force of wisdom, warmth, and intentionality.
